Seeking all interested applicants who have a passion for specialty beverages! The Factory is hiring and needs creative and passionate team members who wish to learn the CRAFT behind cocktails, wine and beer!

Hiring for daytime and evening service hours, seeking individuals interested in both barista and bartending. MUST have weekend availability.

You will be trained extensively, so experience is not required but STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Those with previous hospitality experience will be considered first.

Expert Tip - we look closely at those with attention to detail, writing and creative skills, and those that can represent our brand with fidelity.
